Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to and use of services offered by ZipBooks Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and should be read with the applicable order, product and privacy terms.
1. Agreement
By accepting an order, registering, accessing or using the services, you agree to the applicable agreement with ZipBooks. Additional product, ordering, activation, payment or third-party terms may also apply.
2. Right to use the services
Subject to payment and compliance with the agreement, ZipBooks grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the services for the agreed business purpose. All other rights are reserved.
3. Acceptable use
You must not provide unauthorised access, resell or reproduce the services, interfere with their operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, violate another person’s rights or use the services contrary to applicable law.
4. Commercial and payment terms
Fees, taxes, billing currency, subscription period, payment method, renewal and refund conditions are governed by the accepted quotation, order form, invoice or written commercial terms. Accurate account and billing information must be maintained.
5. Mobile and network access
Some services require compatible devices, software and internet or mobile connectivity. Customers are responsible for device, network and telecommunications requirements and associated charges.
6. Customer data and responsibility
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions and backups applicable to content and data they provide. Access should be granted only to authorised users and credentials must be protected.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
The services, software, documentation and related intellectual property remain owned by ZipBooks or its licensors. Feedback may be used to improve products and services without transferring ownership of customer data.
8. Third-party services
Integrations or links to third-party products may be subject to separate terms and availability. ZipBooks is not responsible for third-party products outside the agreed integration scope.
9. Changes and termination
Services or terms may be updated as permitted by the applicable agreement and law. Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or material breach.
